PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, materials, manufacturing, and printing processes. Product images may be digital mockups and may not show every minor variation in the finished item.

ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order because of product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Plumb Line Press products are produced after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after checkout. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Production time is separate from shipping time.
The Plumb Line Press is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, customs, government action, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Risk of loss and responsibility for a shipment may pass as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms. Contact us promptly if an order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
